India Vs Pakistan T20 Best Moments

The contests between India and Pakistan, the mother of all battles, have lived-up to the billing in the two T20 internationals they have played so far. Here's a look back at the top 5 India-Pakistan moments in T20 cricket.

The No. 1 moment has to be Sreesanth's cool catch to get rid of Misbah ul Haq and give India the inaugural T20 World Cup title. Pakistan needed 6 to win off 4 balls, when Misbah made possibly the biggest error of his career and scooped the last delivery from Joginder Sharma. The joke doing the rounds after this was Pakistan Mis 'bah' 5 runs!

At No. 2 is the group stage clash in the 2007 World Cup which ended in a tie, with both teams scoring 141. What followed was a bowl-out to break the deadlock. And while India hit the stumps with their first three attempts, Pakistan missed thrice in a row. India won it 3-0. Skipper MS Dhoni later revealed that India in fact had practiced for a bowl-out.

At No. 3 is a move that has gone down in the history books as one of MS Dhoni's initial masterstrokes. Harbhajan Singh still had an over left to bowl, but MSD's decision to give little known Joginder Sharma the last over, with Pakistan needing 13 to win is one of the gutsiest calls by a skipper ever.

At No. 4 is a knock that almost took Pakistan to the title in 2007. Misbah ul Haq walked in with the score at 65/4 in their chase of 158. As wickets kept falling at the other end, Misbah stayed calm under pressure to keep Pakistan in the match....The highlight of his knock of 43 runs were 3 sixes in one over from Harbhajan.

At No. 5 is Gautam Gambhir's 54-ball 75 against the archrivals in the 2007 T20 World Cup final. The Men in Blue were down to 40/2 in the 6th over and desperately needed someone to play a steady hand. Gambhir did that to perfection, putting on partnerships with 4 different batsmen.
